A 9-day (3-weekend) mentoring tutorial led by Bill Bauman

Bill Bauman has developed this innovative three-weekend program for those who feel a genuine commitment to soulful service … a deep desire to make a significant contribution to life … and a profound calling to dynamic, inspirational and influential leadership.

This experience is a spiritually rich, service focused, leadership enhancing, empowerment centered mentoring and tutorial in which participants will:

• Enhance, precise and perfect their unique leadership gifts, talents and skills
• Move beyond any personally or professionally limiting factors in being vibrant leaders
• Become dynamic, grounded, confident, empowered, integrated, focused, mindful leaders
• Discover how to bring their “inner leader” into flowing and effective external forms
• Develop tangible, hands-on leadership skills, feel-able charisma and effective dynamism
• Blend soulfulness with effective action, love with power, and service with success
• Attain clear leadership vision, enhance followers’ potential, and work effectively with teams
• Fulfill their soul’s inspiration to lead richly, serve powerfully, and make a tangible difference
• Take a giant step into their destiny as motivators, change-agents and inspired leaders

Format 
This program is limited to 15 persons, to allow for each person’s quantum growth. It is strongly experiential, will be in a small group format, and will involve three three-day weekends, spaced two months apart.

Requirements
Participants must currently (or in the near future) be in a leadership position and feel called to the three orientations above. This program is only for those who feel called to be a truly effective, successful and empowered “enlightened” leader. If Bill feels that you don’t meet any of these pre-requisites, CSL will inform you.

Where
The program will take place at a professional conference center in St. George, Utah.
          
When

  February 13-14-15  •  April 17-18-19  •   June 19-20-21, 2010

Fee
$1,800.00 per person. Participants are also responsible for their transportation, lodging and meals for each weekend. A deposit of $300.00 (applied to total fee) is required upon registration, by check (payable to 'CSL') or credit card.

Also, compose a brief (one-page maximum) sharing in which you (a) genuinely describe yourself as a leader and (b) indicate what you want to accomplish or achieve through participation in this program.
